    In some of the courses, the content of courses is available on Mobile App also. Visit the LMS->course purchase list->List of courses will appear. Click on view details to view the mobile app url to download

    You can visit the Categories section to choose the best suited course for you. Visit the course description page to know more about the course

  • What is my user id and password to access the courses?

    When you sign-up, you are provided with a Unique user id. Password is provided by you. User id is also shared on your given e-mail id and mobile no.

  • How to Activate the Course?

    To activate the course, sign-in with user id and password. Click on LMS->Course Purchase List. List of courses will appear. Click on Activate. Fill the detail of person who will study the course. Click on Submit. You will get confirmation message of activation and User Id, Password, Website address and Mobile App to access the course.   • Why there is requirement to Activate the Course?

    After activation of course you can access the content of course. You can activate course for yourself or someone else. Wherever, certificate is issued after successful completion of course, it is issued in the name of person who have enrolled for the course.

  • How to access the content of courses I have purchased?

    To access the course content, sign-in with your Login ID and Password, visit LMS->Course Purchase List. Click on details. Login with user id and password on Website / mobile App

  • What is the validity of the courses?

    The course validity is different for all the courses / mock tests. Course validity is mentioned under course description

  • What is the language of delivery of courses?

    The language of delivery of course is mention under course description

Purchase

  • What are the various payment methods to purchase the courses?

    We accept payment through all methods like Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallets / UPI etc.

  • Can I purchase course for someone else?

    Yes, you can purchase the course for someone else. If you are purchasing course for a Distributor of VCO, then enter the Unique ID of Distributor when asked for. If you want to purchase course for a person who is not a distributor, then purchase course from your ID. At the time of activation of course, you can provide the learner details so that certificate, if applicable for that course can be issued in the name of learner, after successful completion of the course.

  • What details are required to activate the course?

    You need Passport Size Photo and Government issued ID (Adhaar / PAN / Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport) in soft copy to activate the course.

  • What is the return policy of the company?

  • How can I buy the Course?

  • What if I forget my Id or Password?

    You can sign-in with your registered mobile no. / registered email id. In case you forget your password, you can click on "Forgotten your Password". Enter your user id / registered mobile no. / registered email id and click on "Retrieve Password". You will get email for process to retrieve your password

  • What is my login Id?

    You can sign-in with your unique user id / registered mobile no. / registered email id and your password.

  • How to install the mobile application?

    Search for VCO Edutech in Google Play Store. Download the Mobile App developed by VCO Edutech Pvt. Ltd. This mobile app is available on Android only as of now.

  • What are the benefits to join VCO?

    You will get both learning and earning opportunities if you join VCO as Independent Distributor

  • Importance of Mobile No. and email id at the time of Sign-up

    You will get all the updates on your mobile / email id. Therefore, provide the correct email id and mobile no. at the time of sign-up

  • What if I entered wrong mobile or email at the time of sign-up?

    Contact us through phone / email or raise a ticket from your Dashboard with revised mobile no. / email id.

  • What if I selected the wrong position of Joining?

    Contact us through phone / email or raise a ticket from your Dashboard with correct position of joining i.e. Left or Right. This can be rectified before approval of your KYC. After approval of KYC, the referral ID cannot be changed

    Contact us through phone / email or raise a ticket from your Dashboard with correct referral ID and position of joining i.e. Left or Right. This can be rectified before approval of your KYC. After approval of KYC, the referral ID cannot be changed

  • What is referral ID?

    Referral ID is the ID of person who have referred you to join VCO as Independent Distributor or purchase any course

  • How to become a Distributor?

    To become Distributor of VCO, fill your KYC details after sign-in to your account. VCO will check your KYC details and respond within 24 working hours. Please watch the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIsG2Tb29VQ

  • Do I need to become distributor to purchase any course?

    No, it is not mandatory to become a Distributor of VCO to purchase any course. You can purchase any course by providing your basic details like Name, Mobile, email ID, City and make online payment and access the course content through your Dashboard.

  • How to download Invoice of course purchased by me?

    Sign-in with your user id and password. Click on Dashboard. Click on Order Details->Self Purchase. You will get all the orders placed by you. Click on "View" under Invoice. Click on "Print invoice" to print the same.

    Sign-in with your user id and password. Click on Dashboard. Click on Downloads. You can download Promotional and Training Material.

  • How can I check my Payout Wallet Status?

    You can check your payout wallet from your Dashboard. Sign-in with your user id and password. Click on Dashboard. Click on BV Zone->BV Status

  • If my payout is less than 500, where will it goes?

    Your payout is credited to your Payout Wallet if less than Rs. 500 for a week / month. You can check your payout wallet from your Dashboard. Click on BV Zone->BV Status. Your payout is released to your bank once reach Rs. 500 or more

  • What is the minimum payout amount to be disbursed by the VCO to me?

    Your payout is released when your weekly / monthly payout is Rs. 500 or more. In case your payout is less than 500, it will be credited in your Payout Wallet and you will get the same in your bank account once it reach Rs. 500 or more.

  • When will I get my payout?

    As an Independent Distributor of VCO, you get Referral Income, Business Matching Income, Mentorship Income on weekly basis (Payout of business generated from Tuesday to Monday is released on Wednesday). Travel Fund, Car Fund, House Fund are released on monthly basis (Payout of business generated from 1st day to last day of previous month is released on 7th day of next month) as per your business performance.

  • How can I check my payout details?

    Sign-in to your account and click on Earnings-> Payout Report to check your payout details

  • How can I check the performance of my down line Network?

    Sign-in to your account and click on BV Zone->BV Status. There are various other reports also available to view performance of you and your down line network

  • How can I check my Network Tree?

    Sign-in to your account and click on BV Zone->Tree View. Click on any of your down line member to view further tree

  • What are the various types of Incomes I get when I join VCO as Distributor

    As an Independent Distributor of VCO, you get various Incomes like Referral Income, Business Matching Income, Mentorship Income, Travel Fund, Car Fund, House Fund as per your business volume.

  • Is there a joining fee to become a Distributor?

    There is no joining fee to become a distributor

  • Can I change my details after KYC Approval?

    You cannot change your details after your KYC is approved by VCO. In case you want to make changes in any details, you can contact us through Call / e-mail or create a Support Ticket from your Dashboard

  • Can I start referring people without KYC Approval?

    Your KYC status should be "Approved" to start referring persons under your down line. Without KYC Approval, you cannot refer any person

  • Can I check KYC Status of my down line Distributors?

    Yes, you can check the status of your down line Distributor by sign-in and then click on Profile->Down line KYC details. Enter the Distributor ID of your down line Distributor

  • How I will come to know status of my KYC?

    You can check your KYC status by sign-in and then click on Profile->KYC details

  • What if my KYC Cancelled?

    You will be provided with a reason to not to approve your KYC. You must check the reason and apply with appropriate details.

  • How much time it takes to get KYC Approval?

    We will check your documents and provide you status of your KYC within 24 working hours.

  • Is it necessary to submit KYC to become a distributor?

    Yes as per guidelines of Direct Selling, the KYC details are mandatory to become a distributor.

  • What documents are required to become a Distributor?

    You are required to submit your Passport size Photo, PAN Card, ID proof & address proof (Adhaar / PAN / Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport), cancelled Cheque / Pass Book / Bank Statement (with Bank Account No., name of person, IFSC Code clearly mentioned) in soft copy to join as Distributor
